Space: making eclipse viewers and the solar eclipse
The whole class at work: making eclipse viewers out of cereal/pasta boxes. 
Here are the children testing out the eclipse viewers they made. Hoorah! It works! They see the reflection of the sun at the bottom of their boxes. They should be able to see the eclipse if the weather permits!

Science
The children worked on a solar system mobile. The first stage was coloring the planets.
Next, they had to put the mobile together.

Updating of the blogg
Outing to Natural history Museum- December 2014
We saw the exhibition on the human body as this was the theme we were working with for Science.
This was an opportunity for the children to be exposed to new ideas and to connect concepts they had learnt to a more visual, concrete point of view.
New year- 2015- and time for goals and new resolutions.
The children expressed their thoughts through a simple, fun project.
