Insects outside
Which insects can we find in the school yard? We were out to investigate. The children found many more than they expected. 
Butterfly life: the larvae
The children were very excited about our project with butterflies. Watching the larva grow has been fascinating.
The children gave their larva names. They examined larva food. The larva spends its time eating and growing. Everyday this week the children have noticed something new about the larva. At the end of the week, some have started spinning webs.
